With the right environmental conditions most residential installations can be completed in ONE day! There will always be exceptions as we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we will never rush your job and risk a poorly completed product. Our commercial jobs may take longer based on the size of your project, big or small we do it to the highest standards the first time.

Absolutely! We are proud to offer a lifetime residential and commercial warranty on all of our completed projects unless otherwise noted during the estimation process.

Proper preparation of your concrete is essential to achieving the greatest possible adhesion. Any and all previously laid flooring are first removed when necessary. Our Surface FX crews will use an edge grinder around the perimeter of your project to get every square inch of the surface possible, then our HD industrial diamond grinders are used in open spaces to fully profile your concrete before any coating begins. This will create a dusty mess and we ensure a safe and clean environment by using hepa filter vacuums in all enclosed projects.

While we do require the smaller items moved in preparation for us coming, the Surface FX crews are happy to help you move a few heavier items like a refrigerator or furniture out of your space if necessary!

Surface FX coatings are incredibly easy to clean and keep clean! A squeegee, some dish soap, and water will do the trick for everyday use, and it can be mopped, hosed off, and even pressure washed!

Our chip system and clear coat ensure our floors are both slip-resistant and bare foot friendly. We can also add additional texture to the top coat upon request.

Our polyaspartic clear top coat is 100% UV stable and will not yellow or discolor. These coatings look great around pools too! UV exposure is brutal and this closing step is crucial to long lasting durability.

Typically you just need to wait 24 hours before resuming normal activities on your new coated surfaces.

You can walk on your new floor within 4-6 hours of clear coat application. We do ask that heavy items not be placed onto the completed surface for a minimum of 24 hours after completion.
